You are Looking at a pair of  Brand New PowerMadd Star series handy Wrap attachment.The Wraps are sold seperately from the handguards and mounting kits and are used with Hand guards and mounting kits to make a Closed loop system as pictured  and are sold in pairs for both sides .The Handy wrap is a closed loop ststem that has Billet end-caps to protect grips and is constructed of forged aluminum. All Power Madd HandGuards, Mounting Kits and Handy Wrap Attachments are sold Seperately.
