 You are Looking at a Brand new set of Studded and Braided Compact Slant Saddlebags by Willie & Max. These are from the Gray Thunder Series. The bags offer a unique break from traditional black on black with a distinctive gray trim.They are made of Synthetic Leather  and are reinforced inside with plastic.They use chrome plated brass studs, a 3" eagle and 3-strand braid to accent these bags.They install using the supplied cable ties or laces.The bag deminsions are 12"W x 9 1/2"H x 51/2"D.
